Assistant General Manager

Ruth has 19 years’ industry experience and is responsible for optimizing ILAM Fahari I-REIT’s real estate portfolio through market research, data analysis, revenue forecasting and industry reporting to inform business decisions. She holds an MA in Property Management and Valuation and a BA in Land Economics both from University of Nairobi, and has been instrumental in the originating, negotiating and closing of many property transactions.

Ruth is both a registered Valuer and Registered Estate Agent. She has completed CFA Level 2. Ruth joined STANLIB Kenya Limited in 2013 from Knight Frank Kenya Limited, where she gained experience within Commercial Agency, Property Management, Valuation, Market Research, Feasibility Studies and Development Advisory. She is a member of the Valuers Registration Board.
